To enable candidates to maximise their potential in gaining ‘qualified’ face-2-face appointments.
Programme
The programme opens with learning all the ‘rules & tools’ required to negotiate a successful path through the minefield of switchboard operators, secretaries, PAs and associates, in order to successfully identify and reach the key, decision-making target.
The second stage focuses on examining all aspects of the business proposition and identifying those which can best be adopted to create sufficient instant impact to secure a ‘qualified’ appointment.
These aspects are then incorporated into a dynamic ‘Call-Map’ – a flexible and fluid document designed to create maximum and immediate impact, capitalising on the call-maker’s own personality, while steering a course to a decisive conclusion.
Finally, each candidate is coached in crucial vocal rapport skills which will assist them in linking their own personality to that of the target and in closing a ‘qualified’ appointment.
