I first met Roderick Morgan about 6 years ago when, as Head of Training for Somerfield Stores Ltd, I was on the receiving end of a sales call from him that had somehow managed to penetrate our normal defences!

The Good Boss Company sets out to demystify what it takes to be a good boss. We use a unique diagnostic questionnaire to help bosses and organisations improve the competencies that directly impact upon the productivity and motivation of staff.
I have over 15 years' experience providing a broad-based management development portfolio to managers at all levels. I am a NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner and qualified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator step I and II, FiroB, also the Good Boss Questionnaire (which I devised) and the Emotional Intelligence Competency Inventory.
Roderick, backed with his unprecedented experience, is driven by achieving excellence on the phone in both ‘Inbound’ or ‘Outbound’ situations. As associates, we collaborate on the design of telephone sales training and constantly seek out new and improved coaching methods to achieve rapid rapport building on the phone. When delegates need specialist support such as enhancing communication skills or confidence building, we co-facilitate sessions or coach delegates together on a one-to-one basis.
